The client: CBRE Global Investors is one of the leading real estate investment managers with $106bln assets under management across 20 countries.

 The context:  The work CBRE GI undertake on behalf of their clients and stakeholders is highly specialist and best in class.  In financial uncertain times they secure commercial real estate with significant capital and yield upside and secure long term lease holders such as Amazon and McDonalds.  Its a careful balancing act that requires a deep understanding of the market and meticulous research and discretion. 

 The brief: The discreet nature the private investment industry requires that much of CBREs work goes on behind the scenes.  With many high level stakeholders to satisfy CBRE GI wanted to provide a ground level insight in the extensive efforts they make to deliver results and honour their mandate. 

 The proposal: We began by identifying CBRE GI’s target audience - current and potential investors, partners, developers, senior management and blue chip retail clients.  They needed to experience the care, attention to detail, high level operational execution and exceptional results.  In order to tell this brand story we earmarked two events that showcase how CBRE works to secure blue chip retail clients and what a successful commercial investment project looks like.  As the deliver channels were mainly through private presentations and seminars we planned to deliver two videos that could also be used on Linkedin.

The result: 2 videos that have been presented to private stakeholders globally.
